With the busiest time of the employment taxes calendar out of the way, and the summer holidays in full swing, it would appear to be a quiet time of the year for those dealing with employment taxes. Not so!
As detailed in this newsletter, now is the time to review areas of potential non-compliance and to address any risks going forward. Also, the Revenue has recently changed its approach with regards recovery of underpaid duties in employment status disputes with worrying consequences.
