Welcome to our June 2007 Newsletter.
As I am sure you are all aware May, June and July are three important months in the PAYE and NIC reporting calendar. As such we thought that it would be useful to summarise some of the key issues to be aware of and the importance of being fully compliant!
The focus of this newsletter is to assist the employer to mitigate the employer compliance risks to the business. As P11Ds and other statutory reporting obligations carry the risk of penalties, and form the foundation of any employer compliance audit, time and effort should be spent in “getting it right!”
We are also delighted to announce the imminent arrival of Matt Smith who is to head up our Corporation Taxes practice. Matt has many years of Corporation Tax experience from both ‘Big 4’ and Industry, and will be an excellent addition to the team.
